Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 18, 2026

Company: Charath LLC (Dubai, United Arab Emirates)

Website: www.charath.com

1. Scope and Service Overview

These specific Terms & Conditions govern the rental of 3D printing machinery and production capacity ("Farm Rental Service") provided by Charath LLC via our platform at [www.charath.com](https://www.charath.com). By booking machine time—whether at our physical facilities (e.g., Dubai DIP or Al Quoz partner farms) or via remote queue allocation—you agree to adhere to these operating terms.

2. Rental Tiers & Billing

  • Duration: Rentals are billed on an hourly or daily basis as selected during the booking configuration. Additional runtime exceeding the booked package will incur prorated charges based on the standard machine rate.

  • Materials: Clients may select from our supported PrintWell filament inventory (including PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, or Nylon) or opt to supply their own approved spools. Charath LLC is not responsible for failed prints caused by substandard or improperly calibrated customer-supplied filaments.

  • Payment: Rental fees, material estimates, and optional engineering/slicing surcharges must be paid in accordance with the selected checkout agreement or approved credit terms.

3. Client Responsibilities & Machine Operation

  • File Preparation & Slicing: Unless you have selected our professional CAD modeling, mesh repair, or slicing add-on services, the client is solely responsible for providing manifold, print-ready files (.STL, .STEP, .3MF, or pre-sliced G-code compatible with our hardware).

  • Equipment Care: When operating or renting machine capacity, clients must follow our technical guidelines. Intentional misuse, unauthorized hardware modifications, or gross negligence resulting in damage to extruder heads, build plates, or internal components will incur repair or replacement fees billed directly to the client.

  • Supervised vs. Self-Service Access: For physical on-site rentals, machine operation must be conducted under the supervision of authorized Charath LLC farm technicians unless a commercial enterprise contract explicitly grants autonomous access.

4. Collection, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Parts Collection: Finished prints and rental outputs can be collected directly from the selected farm location or dispatched via our courier delivery service.

  • Unclaimed Items: Printed parts and customer hardware left unclaimed at our facilities for more than 30 days following job completion may be recycled, disposed of, or subject to warehousing storage fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

Charath LLC provides print farm capacity and manufacturing execution on a best-effort commercial basis. We do not guarantee absolute success on experimental geometries, unverified CAD files, or complex engineering prints. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the rental and material fees paid for the specific booking session.

6. Governing Law

These Rental Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
